About Emilia

Emilia is an Outside Hitter and Beach Volleyball Player from Ontario. Canada's largest province of 16,000,000 people. Born in December 2009 (Graduating Class 2027). Height 5'11", spike touch 9'6" (290cm)

This current season 2024-2025 Emilia is starting for the 16UG Maverick Blackjacks Team. The team finished 5th in D1T1 of 2025 Ontario Championships out of 160 teams and is ranked 6th overall.

Emilia loves Volleyball wheather its played on the beach or indoors. Volleyball is an integral part of her life. She also enjoys track & field, skiing, soccer, badminton, ultimate and biking. School of course is priority number one and it shows on Emilia's transcript. After finishing grade 8 at Joan of Arc Academy, Emilia was accepted into the International Baccalaureate program.

Achievements Highlights:

• GPA 3.7 in Grade 9 French IB (International Baccalaureate)
• Invited to Women's National Excellence Program (NEP) Ontario ID Camp 2025
• Emilia's Maverick Blackjacks 16UG team was invited to the OVA Grand Prix and is consistently playing in the exclusive D1T1 OVA Premier league
• Playing starting lineup on the Senior High School Volleyball team since Grade 9 (freshmen) student. Team Qualified for OFSAA 2025 and reached Championship QF finishing 5th overall.
• Recipient of the 2024 Ottawa Sports Awards for the city’s outstanding beach volleyball athletes and as one of the top premier beach teams in Ontario.
